limited warranty

AllGlass MD warrants installation of new automotive glass to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery, subject to the Limited Warranty.  Any problems caused by installation

error, such as wind and water leaks, loose moldings, and some types of stress cracks, will, at the option of AllGlass MD be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. This Limited Warranty is valid for as long as you own your vehicle. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty,  you must present your invoice as proof of repair or replacement by AllGlass MD. This Limited Warranty does NOT cover leakage or stress cracks caused by preexisting rust, structural damage, or other damage caused by vandalism or impact with foreign objects.

If AllGlass MD has made chip repairs to your automotive windshield and that said repair/repairs have failed, AllGlass MD will credit the amount you paid and apply it towards a new windshield replacement done by AllGlass MD; in the event you request a windshield repair of a rock chip or other damage caused by impact with foreign objects or vandalism, you agree that AllGlass MD shall not be responsible for breakage that may occur or occurs while attempting such repairs.

Repair or replacement of your windshield as provided under this limited warranty is your exclusive remedy. This exclusive remedy will not be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as AllGlass MD is willing and able to repair or replace the automotive glass installed. This limited warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular use. AllGlass MD makes no other warranties of any kind and any repair or attempt to repair the automotive glass installed by anyone other than AllGlass MD automatically voids this limited warranty. Any oral or written statement concerning the automotive glass installed inconsistent with this limited warranty shall be of not force or effect. 

For your convenience, if your check is dishonored or returned for any reason, this merchant will electronically debit your account for the amount of the check plus a processing fee of $45.00 (or legal limit) plus any applicable sales tax.
